'If someone pays...': Did Jiya Shankar indirectly BLAME Abhishek Malhan for planting trolls against her?

Jiya Shankar and Abhishek Malhan garnered attention while in Bigg Boss OTT 2, where they shared a close friendship. However, Jiya has repeatedly clarified that their bond was strictly platonic and that nothing exists between them beyond the show. Despite her statements, trolls and meme pages link the two, finally prompting Jiya to address the issue.

Taking to her social media, Jiya lashed out at the persistent rumours. She wrote, "Saying this for ONE LAST TIME to whoever it concerns! I've got nothing to do with Fukra Insaan or these meme pages. We shared nothing but friendship, and even that no longer exists. I don't even follow these meme pages or know how this works."

Jiya speculated about the motivations behind the trolling, stating, "I assumed they made this stuff for views, or maybe someone pays for this nonsense. But if the blame comes to me with nasty comments about my character and family, then hear me loud and clear: I'M SELF-MADE LOUD & PROUD! I'm here because of ME, not anyone else. Way above these CHEAP STUNTS! So stay in your lane and keep my mother's and my name out of your filthy mouths."
