"I would want to see Hina Khan powerless" - Priya Malik

The show will have gossip, opinions on ex Bigg Boss contestants and a lot of fun for the audience. In an exclusive interview, Priya Malik opened up about what she thinks about the contestants of Bigg Boss Season 11 and about the show.

The experience so far has been overwhelming and positive. We have had a really good review from the audience. This show is based on how and what the audience thinks about Bigg Boss and the contestants. Also, to be considered to host the show as an ex Bigg Boss contestant means they think that I can host the show and I have enough knowledge about it. It feels like coming back to an ex you had feelings for.

It is definitely an extension of what is happening on the show and I think the beauty of a platform like Voot is a platform for dedicated fans. Half of the people just watch the show and they are done, but the other half is dedicated and they want to know what is happening, what else is a particular contestant doing. This particular show is for all the dedicated fans and obviously, the digital world is growing. It is great to have a show which is of the people, for the people, and about the people.

So far it has been a very dramatic season. There is already so much drama since the beginning and I am afraid that it is too soon for all this leading to a dull season ahead. In the past few seasons, for three to four weeks, people are just figuring their equations and getting to know people. Having said that, I would like to say that this is the most entertaining season so far. Since the past season, celebrity contestants are leading the show and have left no stone unturned to show who they are. Commoners this season are not afraid to show who they are which is quite entertaining and refreshing to watch.

I think the secret mantra for a show like Bigg Boss is not to be afraid to show who you really are. Whether you are good or bad or ugly, just be your self. Everyone has a few wrong habits, but no one is wrong. The biggest judge is the audience who possess the power to see through you. So just be yourself.  

 

I would definitely like to change some of the equations in the house. I would first send Vikas Gupta and Shilpa Shinde on a date. I really want to see how their relationship turns out to be. There is either too much love or hate between the both, so I would want to see how their date would. I would also like Hina Khan to do things for other people. I really want to see how she when rendered in a powerless situation, when she is not the captain of the house, or maybe her working for Arshi. Along with this, I would put Puneesh and Bandagi on a lie detecting test to see if they actually love each other or no.

Of course they are. It is the fakest love story one will ever see and I think the audience cannot be fooled by that. But at times, when you are acting to be in love you might develop feelings, other than that they all are fake.
