"I would love to play the role of Lord Krishna" : Sumit Vats

Fans of Sumit Vats who played Rishi in Zee TV's Hitler Didi might be missing him and waiting to see him back on-screen soon. The good looking actor is enjoying his break and looking for some good work as well. TellyBuzz spoke to Sumit to know more about what is keeping him busy these days and about his plans to comeback on television.

When asked him about his plans Sumit told us, "I was busy travelling and have come back to Mumbai few days back only. I traveled to places like Goa, my native place Delhi and Uttarakhand. It was fun to explore these places. I am getting offers for TV shows and films and I am reading some scripts but everything is just on talking terms; nothing has been finalized yet."

So what kind of roles would Sumit like to play? He says, "I am open to play all kind of roles but I wish if I could have got a chance to play the role of Lord Krishna. I have followed few episodes of the new Mahabharat and its amazing and made on a grand scale with a lot of hard work. I wish all the best to the team."

On being quizzed Sumit about his interests and what is keeping him busy these days? He says, "Sometimes I write and currently I am writing a play which is themed as 'Relationship'. I hope my friends and I can take it forward in future and release it soon. Hopefully, the play would be enacted live on the stage after which I will complete writing it."

"I would like to say to my fans that Jaldi hi kuch hoga and I will come back with a bang with something exciting very soon," concludes Sumit.
