I wish I had a daughter like Shivangi Khedkar: Geeta Tyagi of ‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali’

Star Plus show ‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali’ has a loyal fanbase. While the viewers are intrigued about the upcoming track of the show, they’re also always interested in knowing about the off-screen cameradire that the actors share.

India Forums got in touch with actress Geeta Tyagi who plays the role of Jaya (Amma) in the show. We asked Geeta about her thoughts on co-actress Shivangi and Geeta said beautiful things about Shivangi. She said, “Honestly, I wish I had a daughter like Shivangi. She is a sweetheart. She’s very understanding. I feel she’s a lot like her character Pallavi. Like Pallavi, Shivangi too loves everyone and wants to have balance between everyone and wants everyone to be happy. She is silent and minds her own business. I’m also kind off a sile nt person and hence I find this similarity between both of us. She has no fuss and no attitude problem”.

She added, “I’ve had a long journey in the television industry and have been working since many years, but haven’t seen such a darling lead actress. Often lead heroines get a lot air and they keep on throwing tantrums but Shivangi is not like that. She’s lovely. Even if she has a point of view of difference of opinion in any topics, she makes sure to communicate politely yet firmly with a smile. She is a lovely individual and a great actress as well”.
