"I will be seen in a modern look in Diya Aur Baati Hum" - Preeti Chaudhary

Star Plus's popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum will soon see a new entry in the show. Preeti Choudhary who was last seen as Ambika  in Color's show Kairee- Rishta Khatta Meetha will make an entry in the top ranked show soon.

When asked Preeti about the same, she says, "It's a very strong character. My character will be a parallel lead in the show. In the show it will be shown that I am a career oriented person and I get into politics. I also belong from Pushkar."

Preeti says that the role is very much similar to what she had played in the show Kairee - Rishta Khatta Meetha and so she chose this role, "It was a very interesting role and similar to what I had played in the show Kairee - Rishta Khatta Meetha so I took up this role."

She will be seen in a modern look in the show so when we asked Preeti to know more about the same, she says, "I will be seen in a total new look in this show. They are experimenting with my looks and I will be seen in a modern look in Diya Aur Baati Hum."

Further she adds, "How I get connected to Sooraj (Anas Rashid) and Sandhya (Deepika Singh) is something to watch for. I can't reveal anything as of now, so do watch Diya Aur Baati Hum."
