I want to live upto the expectations by proving my best with this show - Aparna Dixit

After doing Pavitra Rishta, Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hain, Aparna Dixit who has gauged experience in acting, is all set to play a lead in another venture of Balaji Telefilms titled as Kalash-Ek Vishwaas on Life OK.

How excited are you for this new venture?

I am very excited for the show and have lot of aspirations. While shooting, I have come across some really interesting scenes, so I feel that audience can easily relate to Devika. Sometimes, girls face discrimination being in the society and still they stay happy by crossing all those hurdles. Even I try to perform in a realistic way so that scenes look natural.

Share something about your  character?

Devika belongs to a middle class family. She believes in Ambe Ma. Her way of believing and offering prayers to Ambe Maa is completely different from others, she considers her as a best friend with whom she can share every bit of her life. Her mom and dad have passed away, she stays with her Dadu and Dadi.

Being a girl she has always faced discrimination in her family. Her Dadi is very strict for her but Dadu and Chachi bothers for her. So, somewhere when she feels left out her Ambe maa fills that space for her.

What kind of bonding do you share with Krip Suri?

When I met him for the first time, I felt that he is a very serious kind of person but now we share a very cute bond. We keep on laughing on sets, I feel he is a very positive person and to seek advice from him is always good.

How is atmosphere on sets while shooting?

Dadi is a rock star she is completely different off screen than what she portrays on screen. She is a fun loving person and looking at her energy, I always feel inspired that at this age too she is so enthusiastic. My other co-stars are also positive and good to work with.

Many dream of being a part of Balaji Telefilms and I respect this space in Balaji. Its all because of Ekta Ma'am's trust on me and blessings. People say that I am very fortunate and I want to fulfill all those expectations of people by proving my best with this show.

What do you have to say for viewers?

Viewers have been kind to me and has always appreciated my work. I want them to be my support system yet again in my new venture Kalash - Ek Vishwaas.
