What does fitness mean to you?
Fitness for me is everything. I believe Jaan he toh Jaha hai!
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
Proper diet, gym and yoga.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes, I am. Sometimes I do crave for something but then I control myself and avoid eating that.
Do you take protein supplements?
No! I prefer having a regular diet. I eat egg whites, boiled chicken and other such natural stuffs that help me give proteins.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I used to play cricket but eventually tried my hand over theater. I was acclaimed for my work and was enjoying too so continued with acting.
A celebrity's body you admire
I like someone who has a lean and graceful body. Hrithik Roshan and Amitabh Bachchan both have balanced and graceful body.
What is your fitness secret?
Whenever I get I indulge my time into Yoga or gym. I make sure I practice some kind of exercise to stay fit.
A fitness tip to your fans...
Stay happy and be conscious about your diet. Even if you eat something, make sure you burn that much of calories.
