"I take both criticism and admiration generously"

The good looking international model Farhan Khan who has made his acting debut as the main lead of Chhanchhan opposite Sanaya Irani believes acting is a learning process.  Farhan says, "My journey of 55 days in Chhanchhan has been a wonderful experience. Initially, I was a bit petrified and hesitant with my television appearance, but now I do not regret it at all. In fact, I see myself progressing in this field which makes me feel that I should have begun with television earlier."

While the model turned actor Farhan Khan knows about the buzz going around about his replacement in Sony TV' s Chhanchhan, Farhan brushes it off and says, "It is just a rumor". On being questioned further about the speculations related to his replacement, Farhan says, "I haven't yet received any ultimatum from the production house or the channel.  But, I see some websites have replaced me almost a month back (laughs)."

Farhan who appears to be a level-headed guy gives us a recent example from the film Aashiqui 2. He says, "The current hit song 'Tum Hi Ho…' by singer Archit Singh from the movie Aashiqui 2 is one of my favorites too. However, there have been many comments which say that if Atif Aslam had sung it, the song would have been more popular. So, in a similar fashion, no matter how good you are, there are some people who may find faults and are bound to speak negative about you."

"For me as long as I'm having a gala time at work, these rumors and cooked up stories don't bother me at all. Whether anyone is talking good or bad about me, at least I am in the news. I take both criticism and admiration in a generous way" concludes Farhan.
