What does fitness mean to you?
Fitness means something that needs to be achieved daily and I feel mental fitness is more important than physical one.
What efforts do you take to stay fit?
Well I do usual work out.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
No, I am not that conscious but I control my diet if required.
Do you take protein supplements?
No I don't believe in that.
A celebrity's body you admire?
I think Chitrangda Singh has a well maintained figure.
What is your fitness secret?
I sleep atleast for seven hours to keep myself mentally fit.

Try and understand that working out in the gym is not only the way to be fit you can find your own ways to remain healthy.
