As already reported in the media, veteran actor Apara Mehta has been roped in to play a pivotal role. Apara Mehta has started the shoot for the Star Plus show. She is making a comeback to the channel after a long time. India Forums contacted the actress to learn more about the same.

Apara Mehta will be entering as Anupamaa's dance guru, "Yes, I am entering the show. It's a cameo role. My character will be a strict dance teacher who will play an important role in Anupamaa's life. I am happy to get associated with the show. I rejected seven daily soaps as I was busy with different projects. When I got this offer, I had no reason to say no. When Rajan sir called, I immediately said yes because he always gave me what I deserved as an actor. He will do best for me always when I did Yeh Rishta Kya Khelata Hai; also, the character was very different, and I loved playing the character. 

Well, it will be interesting to see with the entry of Apara Mehta in the show what twists and turns would come in the front.
