I like the unique concept of the show which is comprised of modern as well as old age - Sahil Uppal

Actor Sahil Uppal, who was last seen in channel V show P.S. I Hate You, considers himself lucky to be a part of Maharakshak Devi. While Sahil has earlier done a youth based show, Devi seems to be a different kind of a show for him.

In conversation with us, he talks about his character, a new concept and more...

Talking about the character, he says, "My character is of a 19 year old college going guy who has many aspirations and dreams. He can go to any extent to save his love interest Tanya."

When asked about his interest in doing action scenes he says "In this series, I have to do action scenes but it is scheduled later for me. I am very much interested in kick boxing and doing physical actives, so doing action scenes puts me on. I am more excited to do it when I see Gauri (Umang Jain) doing it."

Sahil is happy to share a great bond with his co-stars. Telling us about it he says, "All my co stars are experienced, I like the unique concept of the show which is comprised of modern as well as old age."

"I am expecting a lot for myself from this show as its with a leading channel," he concludes.
