I laugh on the rumors of break up with Aamir - Sanjeeda Sheikh

The gorgeous Sanjeeda Sheikh is back to fiction and firmly believes that her fans will accept her in the new role that she has taken up for Star One's Jaane Pehchaane Se Ye Ajnabbi.

Here is Sanjeeda as she gets into a frank talk with Tellybuzz about her professional as well as personal life..

You were last seen on television in Kayamath of Star Plus. What were you doing during the break?
Ahh..I did lot of advertisements for Ponds, Nirma etc. I'm even working on a very sweet project which I can't disclose right now. Actually after Kayamath, I was waiting for a good fiction show, but nothing happened due to the recession phase. Now things are settling down, and people have started approaching me again (smiles). My aim was to get associated with a younger channel and a younger show, something different from the mother and bahu roles. And I am glad that Jaane Pehchaane Se Ye Ajnabbi came my way.

Coming to the main suspense, are you playing Ayesha in Jaane Pehchaane Se Ye Ajnabbi?
Well that's a complete mystery. May be in two weeks time, the viewers will come to know whether my character is really Radhika or Ayesha.
Right now talking about the character, I can tell you that she is very stylish as she is a fashion designer. The make up is also very much glamorized and glossy. She is strong headed, she is the boss, and wants things to be done her own way. Right now viewers will see lots of conflicts happening between Veer and Radhika. There is no love just now (smiles).

We have heard that you are finalized for Star Plus' upcoming show Zara Nachke Dikha, what's your comment on it.
Finalized?? I wouldn't comment on that right now because I still have to complete the formalities. If I can adjust my date schedules properly, then I will surely give it a try. I have just got out of the break, so I will have to make sure that I can handle the pressure of shooting for my fiction show as well as the reality.

What was it that made you accept this role in the Star One show?
Actually, I had three offers in hand, that too from three different channels. Every role was tempting to me. But as I told you, I wanted to be associated with a younger channel, and Star One is from where I started my career with Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka. Above all, the production house is amazing to work with.

Viewers are very upset that they have lost their original Ayesha aka Aditi Tailang. They are even requesting the creative team to get her back, so does this affect you?
Well I'm sure they are not going to be disappointed with me, and they will love  Radhika too. And I have a decent fan following, who I am sure will love me in this show (smiles).

How do you plan to go about playing the role?
There is no plan as such but I'll try to put my 200% in this. Every actor wants to be loved by his viewers and I'll make sure they love me (smiles confidently).

There was this news that you had broken up with Aamir Ali, how would you react to this?
(laughs) I won't break my viewers' hearts. I would say we are very much together. And they are rumours and being in this industry, an actor should have the guts to hear good, bad, negative and positive things that come out. I think the best way in which one can tackle this is to laugh on it.

You have never worked with Siddharth Shukla (Veer) before, so are you confident about having a good on screen chemistry with him as the story moves on.
Yes I haven't done many scenes with him. But whatever little we have shot till now the experience has been amazing.

You were almost finalized for a Zee TV Big Synergy show, what happened there?
I won't like to comment on that show now because I'm working on this project at present.

I love India-Forums people because they keep updating my personal and professional life and I actually read all the stuff on the forum. And now I'm going to be more regular because they would be updating on my present character too. So I pass on lots of love to all the people there.
