The madness of Bigg Boss has begun and how! The show looks quite promising with contestants from different walks of life entering the show. The OTT version of the show will be carried on for six weeks and the ones who would reach to the finale can be seen being a part of Bigg Boss 15 on Colors’ TV.

Karan Nath, son of acclaimed casting director Rikku Nath has also entered the show. Karan did a popular movie named ‘Yeh Dil Aashiqana’. The movie did give the actor mileage. However, he wasn’t seen doing much work post that. His movie ‘Guns of Banaras’ released last year. Karan’s father Rikku Nath has been actress Madhuri Dixit’s manager for around 28 years. Karan shares a sisterly bond with Dixit.

India Forums got in touch with Nath before he entered the controversial house, we asked him about his decision of taking up the show, he said, “Well, I quite excited and nervous at the same time. The theme of the show is so different, it does make me nervous to think the show will be ‘over-the-top’. Having said that, I was in talks for the show since a long-time. Last year, I was supposed to enter the show as a wild-card contestant, but things didn’t materialise and I’m happy that I won’t be a wild-card contestant, rather I will start my journey from the beginning of the show itself. This is going to be my digital debut which adds to the list of facts why it’s special for me. Maybe, I can get to debut on TV as well, if I reach until the finale and enter Bigg Boss 15 on Colors TV”.

Talking about his career graph, Karan added, “I have faced my share of struggle and rejections. I made a comeback last year with ‘Guns of Banaras’ and was pumped up to restart my career, however, pandemic spoiled the plans. I don’t really have regrets for the career graph that I’ve had. All this while I got to learn a lot and also got to spend some quality time with my family. Thankfully, I belong to a financially stable family and that’s why less work didn’t really took a toll. Now, I’m happy to get kicking with my work and career”.

Speaking about his preparations for the show, he added, “I’ve not done any special preps. I’ve watched a few previous episodes to understand the show better, that’s it. I want to be my real self in the show, so focusing on that more”.

I find him to be a genuine and humble human. There is something endearing about him. He’s also well-spoken and well-mannered.
