Nothing feels greater than getting your first salary which you earn it with your hard work. No matter how much we earn today but first salary always remains special in one's life that is to be cherished forever.
TellyBuzz quizzes your favorite stars about their first salary and their memories related to their first salary and that memorable day of their life. This time we got in touch with the beautiful and popular actress Rati Pandey who was last seen in Zee TV's popular show Hitler Didi.
Talking about her first salary, Rati told us, "I got my first salary when I was in 10th Std. I was never demanding since my childhood and have never ever asked for anything from my father. He always used to say that I have never asked for anything. My parents have given me everything since my childhood even though I wasn't demanding. I used to take tuition for 3-4 children after my school and my first earning was Rs. 500. I offered some amount to God and also got a dress material for myself. First salary is always special whether its Rs. 200 or 500. I continued giving tuition for my pocket money which was really good."
"I used to give tuition for English, History and Social Studies; no Maths as I was very bad in Maths (laughs). I got a distinction in English when I was in std. 10th. That's why I thought of taking English classes thinking I am good at it (smiles). The no. of students increased as time passed by and my earnings too. I started earning 4-5k a month after sometime and I got a phone for myself when I was in std. 12th. Even though my Mom was furious about me buying a phone so early, I got my first phone from my salary after giving tuition. I used to call my friends and talk to them. I also used to give my salary to my parents and got my phone after I started earning more" added Rati.
We also asked Rati to opine about the importance of first
salary in one's life. She avers, "It depends upon the purpose of working and
earning. Some people have to work for their need, some for leading an
independent life and live their life on their own money and some people rely on
the money of their parents and they don't want to work. So, it depends upon the
reason why you want to work. According to me, every person has their own needs
and wishes of working and earning. Whatever the reason of earning could be,
first salary always makes you happy."
