What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
I have to be fit as it's a part of my profession. My chest should look presentable when I remove my shirt. Fitness means everything to me.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I go to the gym five days a week and I follow a proper diet.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Actually not! If I eat fattening food then I make sure that I burn my fats in the gym.
Do you take any supplement?
No I don't. I believe in naturally protein food.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
At present, nothing.
