Popular Telly actress Dipika Kakar who became a household name for her stint in one of the longest running shows Sasural Simar Ka, is all set to surprise her fans with a new avatar.

The Sasural Simar Ka fame, will soon be seen in Entertainment Ki Raat on Colors, where the viewers will get to experience the comic side of Dipika Kakar wherein she will take the audience on a laughter riot.

Talking about the same, the actress says, "I am really waiting for the response of my fans. They have seen me cry loads, and I am looking forward to see how they react to this new avatar of mine. I would like to thank them for the amazing response on the promos."

When asked if it was a conscious decision to move to the non-fictional space, she said, "I never planned anything, it just happened. So it is good that I am trying to do something new and I am really excited."
