Hunar Hali and Poonam Sirnaik in 'Patiala Babes'

As we reported earlier, well-known writer and producer Rajitha Sharma is gearing up for her new project titled Patiala Babes under her banner Katha Kottage. The upcoming show will be soon launched on popular television network, Sony TV.

Patiala Babes is a television drama that will focus on the relationship between a mother and her daughter and the differences in their opinions. As per reports, Jodha Akbar fame Paridhi Sharma will be playing the mother's character who is old school and young actor Ashnoor Kaur has been approached for the daughter's role who'll have more of a modern thinking.

According to reports, actress Hunar Hale from Colors' Chhal- Sheh Aur Maat and Neerja fame Poonam Sirnaik have been roped in for the show. Hunar has also worked in shows like Dahleez, Sasural Genda Phool and TV Biwi aur Main will be seen playing Paridhi's neighbour and Poonam will play the role of Dadi.

Actors Aniruddh Dave, Eijaz Khan, Mohit Hiranandani, Anup Puri, Priti Mishra and Jazz Sodhi are also part of the show, they'll be seen essaying important roles.
