Huma Qureshi to perform high-octane action scenes in Ajith's 'Valimai'

Actor Huma Qureshi, who has been a part of multiple films but in sporadic roles hit the ground running in a big way last year as she played the leading face in Sony LIV's Maharani.

And post that, Qureshi has multiple mega projects lined up which include Double XL co-starring Sonakshi Sinha and an important role in the action mega film, Valimai that stars Ajith. The film is a multilingual film and will see Qureshi in never-seen-before avatar which is tomboyish and gets to do a lot of action.

Talking about it, Qureshi said, "I love watching action films so when I was offered this role I decided to take it up instantly. Can’t wait for my fans to see me in a new avatar."

Recently, during a press meet, Qureshi spoke about her experience of working with Ajith. She said that she enjoyed working with the entire team and especially enjoyed her scenes with actor Ajith as she is a huge fan. Huma also said that she is looking forward to working with him in more films. Huma was all praise for the superstar. She shared that Ajith is simple and humble, and does not take stardom seriously.

Interestingly, this is her second Tamil film after being a part of the Rajnikanth film, Kaala earlier.
