In a triumphant stride at the box office, Siddharth Anand's much-anticipated film, "Fighter," featuring the dynamic duo of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, has witnessed a stellar performance, amassing over Rs 65 crores within the initial two days of its theatrical release.

Released on Thursday, the film opened with an impressive Rs 24.c crore on its debut day in India. According to the latest reports  "Fighter" continued its winning streak on day two, pulling in a remarkable Rs 41.20 crore nett, bringing the total domestic box office collection to a staggering Rs 65.80 crore.

The film, which marks the first-ever on-screen collaboration between Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, has not only captivated audiences with its star-studded cast but has also garnered rave reviews and positive word of mouth. The audience's appreciation for the film's riveting narrative and commendable performances is evident in its remarkable box office numbers.

Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Viacom18 Studios in collaboration with Marflix Pictures, "Fighter" is more than just a cinematic treat; it is a patriotic homage to the valour, sacrifice, and patriotism of the Indian armed forces. The film boasts an ensemble cast, with Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi playing pivotal roles alongside the leading duo.

Hrithik Roshan takes on the role of Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania, aka Patty, while Deepika Padukone portrays Squadron Leader Minal Rathore, aka Minni. Anil Kapoor adds to the star power as Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh, aka Rocky. Together, they weave a compelling narrative, depicting the fervent fight for the country.
