How the 'Radhe Maa' phenomenon continues to TREND on Television..!

Television is known to follow trends over the years as and when a particular genre is successful, it goes on to dominate that with several other projects. The biggest example of this would be the super success of 'Naagin', where in the recent times, we have seen a flood of supernatural thrillers on the tube.

And now, another trend seems to be gaining importance courtesy Colors' show, 'Devanshi'. The show portrays actress Karuna Pandey as Maa Kusum Sundari, where she plays a fraudulent, self-proclaimed God woman.

And while the show is gradually picking up, it seems the trend has already caught the eye of another show.

According to a leading news daily, And TV show, 'Gangaa' is now all set to adapt a similar format in the form of actress Rakhi Vijan (previously known as Rakhi Tandon).

Rakhi quit the show a while ago after her track ended. However, now, the actress is all set to make her comeback and will be portraying a God woman named Ghoonghat Waali Mata.

The look as seen is inspired by real-life controversial god woman, Radhe Maa.
