Summer is here and the rise in temperature has made everyone start feeling the heat. Our TV celebs too are not spared and they do follow some tips to take care of their skin and health during summers.

TellyBuzz speaks to your favorite celebs to know more about their summer choice and the tips they follow to stay cool during summers. Today we got in touch with actor Vikram Singh Chauhan, who is seen on Channel V's Million Dollar Girl.

Do you like anything about summers?

Honestly, I don't like summers at all.

Summers are meant for... Guys who have good physique, can flaunt their bodies.

The perfect summer wear for me is... Blue color or light colored linen shirt and white linen trousers.

Shooting during summer is... It's a pain. Its horrible shooting outdoor and even during indoor shooting we keep ACs and fans off to avoid the sound.

Things I carry along during summer... Perfume, drinks such as butter milk, juices in my ice bucket which is always there in my car during summers.

My travel destination during summer is... Hometown which is in Dehradun.

My diet during summer is... Chilled water.

My fitness regime during summer is... Regular work out in all seasons.

One summer tip for your fans... Drink lots of water and less chicken (as I love them) instead eat more green vegetables. If you don't have any plans sit back at home in front of the AC.
