Hollywood, Touchwood!

Betrayal is a contact sport...  so goes the punch line for Andy Armstrong's next, the Planet of the Apes director.


Good news for tinsel town is, that the American Empire which Andy is all set to put his focus on in collaboration with Edge Filmworks production is rumored to be casting John Abraham, Arjun Rampal, Ashmit Patel, and possibly even Freida Pinto.


Among other names proposed for the cast are Nina Dobrev (Merry Madagascar), Shannyn Sossamon (A Knight's Tale) and Leslie Mann (Knocked Up).


American Empire , written by Kevin D.Ward and to be cinematographed by Joao Fernandes of Conversations with God fame, is expected to be an 'R' rated film based on the dealings and misdealing between the underworld and world of politics. The movie is scheduled to be shot majorly in two cities of Florida (USA), namely Tampa and Ybor City.


If all goes well, B-town and its countless fans worldwide will now have a chance to catch a Hollywood entertainer adopt the order of  Bollywood's boy brigade!
