Holi Special on Zee TV...

Zee TV presents a two hour Holi Special of Choti Bahu - Brij main Rangi CHOTI BAHU on Friday, March 6th at 7:30 pm. 

For this special celebration, television's most popular and loved couples Shri - Hari (Pankaj & Wasna of Shri), Ranbir - Rano (Ravi and Sakshi of Ranbir Rano), Radhika – Dev (Rubina & Avinash of Choti Bahu) and Jeet – Soni (Romit & Kanchi of Maykaa) got together to perform some of the eternal love songs that brought back sweet memories of their relationship. The couples gave scintillating performances on Bollywood numbers like Dholi Taro dhol baje, Teri Ore teri ore, Nagada nagada. However, the most liked performance was on the ever-green Amitabh songs that have become synonymous with the festival, Rang Barse Bheege churnar wali and Holi Khele raghuveera awadh main. Vishakha and Mrinalini (Priyanka and Kirti Kelkar of Choti Bahu) also performed a terrific jugalbandi on a popular Bollywood medley. This was followed by a mesmerizing act by Sayantani Ghosh (Amrita of Naagin) and contestants (Bhawna and Khushboo) of the country's best dance show - Lux Dance India Dance.

Holi - the festival of colors is undoubtedly the most fun-filled and boisterous of Hindu festivals. The most awaited occasion that brings in unadulterated joy and mirth, fun and play, music and dance, and, of course, lots of bright colors along with the festival delicacies - mirchi ke pakode and gunjiya to be washed down with Bhaang..

With winter neatly tucked up in the attic, it's time to come out of our cocoons and enjoy this spring festival. ……It's also the time for all those in love to come together and do some ched-khani under the most celebrated excuse of Holi.
