Hina Khan's Candid Chat With Sadhguru

We love that Hina was so aptly dressed for the conversation with a bindi and her hair tied back.  The fashionista she is, she chose to completely deglam and be dressed for the moment, which sometimes is a rarity in our industry.    

While Hina and Sadhguru's live on Instagram faced a few technical difficulties, the two were finally able to finally able to start their discussions.    

Here are some of the highlights of the conversation below:

1. Sadhguru mentioned that he's heard that Hina is a very adventurous girl of course referring to her stint last year in Khatron ke Khiladi in which she was as a runner up.  

2. We love that Hina started the conversation asking about the Youth and Truth campaign as for many of us who may not be aware, it created an understanding of the entire discussion.  

3. Hina was very down to earth in the conversation and kept it very real.  She called him the 'coolest' guru to which Sadhguru jokingly said that I thought I am hot!  We love that the conversation started out so lightheartedly and two had a connect through their spontaneity.

4. Hina's chat was centric to the 'information' we are fed from childhood.  But how much of that information is contradictory and as part of the youth how do you know what to do for the betterment of the society?  Very valid and thought out of Hina, isn't it?  And yes for those of you who are curious about the answer after speaking about gossip, Sadhguru says that for him the most important is aiding in nourishment, education,  health, and environment.  In fact we heard that according to WHO, India is making the most strides in nourishment.  That's a fab start to the questioning Hina as we too learnt a thing or two!  

5. Hina then led up to the fact that there is a lot of suppressed energy from childhood as we are told that there is so much we can not do.  And so how do we deal with that energy?  Sadhguru candidly revealed that he had been asked to leave every school he was a part of within a year and there we see the conversation go towards something that's leading up to probably the highlight of what Hina wants to ask!  

And then unfortunately Hina and Sadhguru were disconnected due to the network but Hina threw in her last question - that through this entire suppressed energy people are constantly pulling each other down and how do you deal with this negative energy?  

Of course now you must have understood how relevant the last question is to Hina who is constantly trolled for everything she does and of course trolling too comes from 'negative energy'.  We wish we could have gotten this last answer from Sadhguru but in the mean time hats off to Hina for being able to so confidently ask questions which were so relatable!
