A few weeks ago, Hina shared a picture of her discolored nails, acknowledging it as a "side effect of chemotherapy." The image, revealing darkened and brittle nails, highlighted the impact chemotherapy has on the body.

On February 4, Hina addressed cancer awareness on World Cancer Day. In an interview with ANI, she emphasized the significance of early diagnosis and prompt treatment. She shared that her own treatment started just days after her diagnosis, underscoring the importance of swift action in the fight against the disease.

Hina was last seen in the crime thriller Griha Laxmi, directed by Rumaan Kidwai. The series, set in Betalgadh, tells the story of a housewife drawn into the world of crime. It features actors like Chunky Panday, Rahul Dev, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and premiered on EPIC ON on January 16.
