Hina Khan and Priyank Sharma to ROMANCE together for the first time on screen

Actress Hina Khan has a chalked out calendar as she juggles between films, music videos and ramp shows. The actress who is all set to walk the red carpet at Cannes this year is also going to be a part of yet another single. This time around, we hear, that Hina and Priyank will be seen opposite each other in a romantic single. 

Our source informs us, “It’s a heart touching today’s era Heer-Ranjha love story which is connected to the youth. Arijit Singh as we all know is known to have given our industry some of the most soulful songs and also has had a great connect with the youth. In fact, this song is very close to his heart and has been sung very beautifully. Since Priyank and Hina are extremely popular with youth internationally, they seemed to be a perfect pair for the song. While so far they have been as friends, this time around the duo will be seen romancing each other for the first time on screen.”

Produced by Rahul Sharma of A2R Films, the video is going to be directed by Kamal Chandra with music by Asad Khan and the song has been penned by lyricist Raqeeb Alam.

Director Kamal Chandra says, “This is not a music video but rather a five minute musical film comprising of everything from romance and drama to suspense and emotions." When we reached out to Hina Khan she confirmed and said, "I have always loved Arijit's voice and the entire concept of the song is so unique.  Its not only a love song but an entire film within the five minutes, which was quite appealing for me as an actor as I am juggling amidst various moods in that short span of time." 

Adding to this Priyank Sharma says, "I have done a lot of music videos and each one has been very different. Of course, I love Arijit's voice so being a face to his voice is something I am looking forward to. However, this is also a very unique video and it encompasses everything a film normally does within 5 minutes."
