Friday’s episode had the challengers rendering some beautiful performances with Himani Kapoor giving a flawless rendition. Accompanied by Amey Date and Toshi, the three of them were in the top three positions while Neha Kakkar and Rex D'souza were shown the RED FLAG by the jury for scoring the lowest marks due to their mediocre performances. Ultimately, this week Neha was axed from the show. Out of the remaining four, one will move to the Champions side leaving three contestants. Sources reveal that with three contestants left, it causes an imbalance with the number of contestants remaining in the show, hence it is decided that next week will see one challenger making it to the champions with the remaining two being eliminated from the show.
The champions made their choice on Saturday, and, after rendering scintillating performances week after week, and even lashing out at the Champions, Himani Kapoor crossed over to the Champions. With the theme being Sufi songs, Rahul Vaidya gave a mind blowing performance singing Piya Haji Ali and Abhijeet Sawant belts out a flawless performance with Khwaja Mere Khwaja. Unfortunately, in spite of making it to the Champions, Himani still found herself in the bottom two along with Ishmeet.
