Here's why Mohsin Khan's eyes were blood shot red and teary after a sequence in his show 'Jab Mila Tu'

Known for his potrayal of Karthik Goenka in Star Plus' favourite show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,' Mohsin Khan is here to entertain the viewers in an all new avatar in his debut web show 'Jab Mila Tu.' The actor, who essays the character of Maddy, who is poles apart from his popular character Karthik, speaks about the show in an exclusive chat with India Forums. Mohsin, who is a non smoker in real life, took up smoking for his stint in the show, the actor addressed the same and also went ahead to share an interesting anecdote. 

Talking about the response he has been getting after the trailer of the show dropped, Mohsin said, ''The response has been amazing. I have been getting a lot of messages for the look change I have undergone and I am loving these messages. Apart from that, people have really been liking the trailer of the show and have been telling me that they find it very youthful, very peppy, very young. Our show is targetting every generation I feel, From GenZ to GenX, I hope everyone watches the show. The current response has been amazing. I hope, going ahead, after the show releases, we get the same response.''

Jab Mila Tu released on Jio Cinemas last night and stars Eisha Singh and Mohsin Khan in the titular roles. The show also stars Pratik Sehajpal and Alisha Chopra as the parallel leads.
