Hera Pheri 3: Priyadarshan confirms his return for the Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal film

It is finally happening. Priyadarshan has confirmed that he will return for Hera Pheri 3. The news has left Bollywood fans elated beyond measure. People are berserk on social media. Akshay Kumar wished Priyadarshan for his b’day and he said it was time to again do Hera Pheri. The two have a track record of hit movies together. Priyadarshan is making a comeback in Bollywood with Bhoot Bangla and Hera Pheri 3. Both these films have Akshay Kumar. Hera Pheri franchise is one of the most successful ones in Bollywood. Firoz Nadiadwala had announced Hera Pheri 3 almost two years back.

In between, there were reports that Farhad Samji would direct Hera Pheri 3. Fans of Akshay Kumar were extremely upset with the news. They felt he was an unsuitable choice given his latest track record that included movies like Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. In fact, fans had protested a lot on social media. Hera Pheri 3 producer Firoz Nadiadwala fought a legal dispute with Eros to claim rights to make the movie. This happened in October 2024. This is why Hera Pheri 3 got a bit delayed. However, Firoz has now the full rights to make the movie. It is a passion project for everyone who is involved in the film. Akshay and he have delivered hits like Awara Pagal Deewana, Aan, Welcome, Phir Hera Pheri and others. They had a dispute, which was resolved after he signed Akshay Kumar for Welcome To The Jungle 3.
