It was only yesterday when filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali completed 25 years in the entertainment industry. A journey that began with directing Khamoshi: The Musical now has his Alia Bhatt starrer, Gangubai Kathiawadi coming soon this year. And while the director has already carved a legacy to remember, it also showed how he has a long way to go too. Apart from Gangubai, the director has another project in the works and talks for a while now in the form of Heeramandi.
We have been constantly reporting about the various casting updates of the project apart from the fact that the project will be in the form of a series. While the cast is an all-female ensemble, there was conjecture on when will the project will finally be rolling after all. And now, the same has been confirmed as Netflix has announced the project with a poster of the film thus also revealing the first poster look of the series-
