HC grants Pratyusha's boyfriend interim protection from arrest!

I cannot show respect to person who commit suicide as they are loosers. life is the most beautiful gift of god and one has no right to end it with their own hands.the person who gives up and cannot take the failure with grace is a LOOSER.i am not here to be hypocrite..i liked Pratyusha a lot but her act was wrong.

This is indeed bad news! This guy deserves to be punished for the way he has conned and defrauded so many women! Even his family seem to be the same as him. If not, why would his father tell his lawyer (the one who quit) that he doesn't care "Who's daughter died", nothing should happen to his son! Disgusting sentiments. His son is the reason her life got ruined, and this is his attitude? I knew all along that he probably come from a family of crooks with no values too. If not, how can someone behave in such a cheap way and con women like this? I hope to God this guy is punished, so that other guys like him think twice about ill treating trusting and impressionable young women in the future!

U r right in some points but u cannot blame her parents because in love often people overlook mistakes thinking the person ultimately loves them. Pratyusha forgave Rahul all the while thinking Rahul to be a genuine guy even after the physical assaults. Her parents also might have thought she will realize soon. But getting to know he was already married and having a kid might have shocked her so badly and she would have lost all trust on him. That is when she would have realized she loved the wrong person.
But all this does not mean she committed suicide, it can be a planned murder as well.
Agree about the friends that they were not there for her when she needed them the most.

There's something called space. You can't just call the cops on your friend and her boyfriend if your friend does not want that. But that does not mean they shouldn't come forward with the facts now. Pratyusha made a bad judgement call sure, but that does not make her murder her own fault. Just because someone is blindly in love with you to overlook all your faults, does in no way mean that you get to force them to take their own life.

This whole thing is Pratyusha fault. If she was aware of Rahul past and was being abused she should have left him he was not forcing her to be in relationship. Second, if her parents were aware about the situation they should have come long before to sort things out and should have taken action then. Pratyusha's mom was saying sorry to her on her funeral..as she didn't come when Pratyusha called them and requested them to come, so why making one person blamed for whole situation. her so called friends Kamya and that producer who are now speaking in press conferences where were they when Pratyusha was being abused if they were so concerned they should have let authorities know about abuse to save Pratyusha. Everyone here is to earn fame for themselves making the suicide a drama. Rahul is at fault but cannot be solely accused of suicide..if he is then tomorrow some other looser will commit suicide and to take revenge blame the girlfriend or boyfriend in letter. These hypes to suicides should be stopped to discourage people rather make a national issue. Relationships are getting complicated because they lack respect as live in is getting common and cultural norms and values are diminishing.

Check Out 7 Contradictory Statements Made By Rahul In His Bail Plea!

According to a leading daily, a public prosecutor opposed Rahul's plea saying he got admitted to a hospital soon after Pratyusha's suicide (April 1). Rahul has not attended the police station even once.

Justice Mridula Bhatkar said it was not a murder case and the FIR was for abetment to suicide. Rahul's counsel, Aabad Ponda did not even had to argue. When he stood up to argue, the court said, 'Let the police record his statement'.

Apparently Rahul's bail plea made the following shocking (contradictory) statements:

1. Rahul was serious about getting married with Pratyusha.
2. As Pratyusha's parents alleged, he deny hidding his earlier marriage.
3. Rahul denied the existence of a child from his marriage.
4. His ex-lawyer was making baseless statements to the media about him for publicity.
5. Just before Pratyusha's suicide, they (Rahul and Pratyusha) were enjoying life at a suburban resort.
6. Rahul helped Pratyusha with her financial problems since she had no work assignments.
7. Pratyusha was harassed by her ex-boyfriend and not him! (Pratyusha had lodged a non-cognizable complaint against her ex-boyfriend, Makrand Malhotra with Oshiwara police station, in September 2013.)
