Harshad & Erica exhibit chemistry like they are working together since ages

The trend of music videos indeed continues and it has actually only gotten stronger with every day passing by. From one to another, we have witnesses how digital stars, social media influencers and TV stars appear in an array of music videos which further bags millions and millions of views.

Yet another dropped recently and there was a special excitement about this one as it brought together the first time on-screen pairing of Harshad Chopda and Erica Fernandes. Both huge TV stars, they appear in this new song called Juda Kar Diya which is sung by Stebin Ben and presented by Anshul Garg.

As the title suggests, we know that right away, it is going to be sad story and here it is about how Chopda's character and Fernandes' character are mulling over the fact that the latter has to travel to Singapore and only after she comes back, they will celebrate her birthday together. While Fernandes is sad about it and so is Chopda, she still has to go and she leaves. However, tragedy strikes and the flight she was travelling in witnesses a crash thus leading to her untimely demise.

Needless to say, Chopda's character is devastated, heartbroken and sad. The rest of the entire video is about Chopda having not gotten over Fernandes' death  at all and even after a year later, he visits different places which remind her the most, especially where the church where they were about to get married. In the end, Fernandes does magically appear to cut a cake with him but of course, even then, she is a memory and an imagination of Chopda.

The story of the song is rather basic and done-before but even then, the actors and the setting add an authentic touch to it. Chopda perfectly exhibits the sadness, shock and grief of a lover who has lost his partner and while Fernades doesn't get to do much here, she is beautiful and radiant in every frame she appears in. The song is a good hear but I couldn't help but notice how Stebin Ben's voice is strikingly similar to that of Atif Aslam. Nevertheless, the song is a treat for the fans especially as the first-time pairing of this loved telly couple is a hit.
