#HappyThanksgiving: 5 shows we are thankful to!!

For times when we are home alone, or days when we are totally bored, TV shows have always been a savior. It's thanksgiving today, and we took this day to thank 5 of our all time favorite TV shows for having given us some lessons with entertainment!

1. Comedies like 'The Kapil Sharma Show'

After all the drama that revolved around Comedy Nights With Kapil, we saw the show transform into The Kapil Sharma Show and it sure did live up to our expectations, taking it a notch higher!

We sure are thankful to the show for the stress relief that it turns out to be!

2.Love stories like Kuch 'Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi'

Apart from all the Saas Bahu drama that we see on Television, there are a very few shows which actually turn out to be breaking the stereotypes and showing us a rather real and relatable version of a girl's journey post marriage.

So, thank you for breaking the stereotypes of selfless ideal bahus and helping all the ladies out to not feel guilty about being a modern day independent woman!

3. Mythological shows like 'Siya Ke Ram'

All thanks to shows like Siya Ke Ram, that we got this opportunity to be able to visualize the epic sagas for real, and of course, with a new perspective altogether.

4. Supernatural shows like 'Naagin and Naagin 2'

Supernatural thrillers treat us with age old folk tales in a fresh new look. Shows like Naagin and Naagin 2 are a perfect combination of all the elements including love, hate, suspense, drama and revenge, making them the perfect potboiler. Not to forget, it sure has a great mass appeal to be the weekend show that it is!

So, we are thankful for such supernatural shows to provide for us a mixture of all that Indian TV shows have to offer! It is indeed an art to be able to serve age old wine in a new bottle!

5. Awareness creating shows like 'Crime Patrol Dastak'

Even though they might sometimes seem to be a little OTT, shows like Crime Patrol Dastak do create awareness as well as spread information on crimes that happen in the real world.
