Dhanteras. Let's find out from our TV stars what have they purchased on Dhanteras.
Nandish Sandhu who was last seen playing the character of
Veer in Colors' show Uttaran
says, "I am planning to gift myself a Tag Heuer watch this year on Dhanteras.
It's an auspicious day and while in the past I have bought gadgets on
this day, this year I am in the mood to get myself a watch."
Neil Bhatt who was seen playing the character of Laxman in
Zee TV's Ramayan says, "Since it's my first
Dhanteras in my new home, my family and I will be doing a Pooja of all the
valuables on this auspicious day."
Anuj Sachdeva who was seen playing the character of Manav in
Sony TV's Chhanchan says, "I love to celebrate
Dhanteras with my parents. And so I am in Delhi this year with them.
This year I am planning to buy a flat as it has been purchased with my
own money so I am extremely excited."
Manasi Parekh who was seen playing the character of
Gulaal in Star Plus' Gulaal says, "I
have gifted myself a trip to South East Asia this Dhanteras and Diwali.
Dhanteras is spent doing Pooja at home while my husband Parthiv will be
with the Ambani's in Jodhpur for Nita's 50th Bash. So it's a great year for
Aashka Goradia who is seen playing the character of Dheer
Bai Bhatiyani in Sony TV's Bharat Ka Veer Putra Maharana Pratap says, "It's a big day in our culture. We do a
grand Pooja at home. This year I intend to buy gold for my mother. I
intend to have a working Dhanteras as nothing can get better than working on
this auspicious day. I believe in working on an auspicious day instead of
taking a holiday on that day."
Mahhi Vij who was seen playing the character of Nakusha in
Colors Laagi Tujhse Lagan says,
"Since I am in Dubai, I decided to buy myself a gold bracelet on the occasion
of Dhanteras, I believe the day is very auspicious and one should make a
good investment on this day."
Manish Raisinghani who is seen playing the character of
Siddhant in Colors' Sasural Simar Ka says,
"It's usually work, work and only work on Dhanteras. I know it is a day to shop
but I choose to work and earn that day. Dhanteras means buying Gold and
very fondly we call it Mother's day in our house as my mother is the one who
shops for the same."
