Happy Birthday Simran Kaur!

Simran Kaur who is currently seen in Sony TV's popular show Anamika has turned a year older today. The actress is elated to celebrate her birthday today. TellyBuzz spoke to Simran to know more about her birthday plans and her birthday related memories.

A perfect birthday according to me is - "A perfect birthday according to me is all about getting some time to spend with my friends and family and chilling out with them."

My special plans for today - "I am shooting on my birthday. I don't like to work on my birthday but the team of Anamika has now become like a family for me. They really make an effort to make me smile. I am looking forward to celebrate my birthday with them and I am sure we all will have fun. I am not a party person. I will be having a quite dinner with my friends in the evening."

Plans to treat co-stars on the sets - "Most of the time I have to shoot alone because of my character. I have shot the most with the unit rather than my co-actors so, I am more close to the shoot unit. It's really hot here so, I am planning to treat the entire unit with ice-cream and cold drinks."

The gifts that I want on my birthday - "I don't like teddies and chocolates but I like to get things which I can use in my day to day life, things I wouldn't go out and spend on. If I get that as a birthday gift then there is nothing like it (laughs). I have no clue about the gifts I will be getting on my birthday. My friends keep on asking about what I want as a gift and initially, I keep on saying 'nothing' but later on, I tell them what I want."

My childhood birthday memories – "I used to have typical birthday parties with a cake and lots of food like Chole, Puris, wafers and samosas. My friends from my school and building used to come and have fun at my home. My birthday used to be like the 'Event of the year' in my house (laughs). My house would be decorated with balloons and other stuff on my birthday."

Thank you to all my fans - "I recently checked out India-Forums and came across a thread saying, 'Simran Kaur's birthday preparations.' I was so excited to see that… it was so sweet of them. I had forgotten that my birthday was coming up but seeing that thread, I realized that my birthday would soon happen. I would like to thank them all and appreciate whatever feedback they give."
