Gurmeet Choudhary obliged to essay Veer Shivaji!

Every actor has a dream role that they want to play and our Gurmeet Choudhary is no different. At CID's Veerta awards which were held this week, most of the well known actors from the small screen graced the event with performances and Gurmeet Choudhary's was one of those.

Gurmeet Choudhary did an act where he essayed the legendary Shivaji. The actor was immensely excited and happy for his performance and for the chance to play Shivaji.

Talking about the opportunity he merrily shares, "I was damn excited and happy as Shivaji is like a role model and essaying him was a great honor for me. Before the act, I was crazily searching for Shivaji's pictures, the way he stood, the way he walked, the way he looked and it was a great pleasure to work on the same."

"As soon as I finished my act, I was surrounded by people who were appreciating it and that moment I was like 'I did it'.
 
I am very much happy that I essayed Veer Shivaji in my lifetime as I had always dreamt of playing him, "shares Gurmeet.
