Gunjan-Roli ropes in seasoned actors

Tellybuzz had earlier reported about Shakuntalam Telefilm coming up with a fiction show on Zee TV tentatively titled as Gunjan Roli wherein Mahima Makwana aka Sonu of Imagine TV's Sawaare Sabke Sapne - Preeto is slated to play Roli.

Though the lead cast is expected to be locked in a few days, some famous faces have been finalized for pivotal characters.

"Vaishnavi Mcdonald Mahant currently seen in Sapno Se Bhare Naina, Shakti Singh of Gulaal fame, Priti Mulani from Na Aana Is Desh Laado and Hemant Thatte last seen in Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai will essay pivotal roles in the show," reveals an insider.

The shoot is expected to start around the first week of December.

Actress Vaishnavi Mcdonald Mahant confirms, "Yes, it's been like changing a place in a same house. I am playing the head women of the family and apart from that I am a very loving and understanding lady who actually joins the family together."
