Gitanjali and Sikandar are now proud parents..

It’s time for some celebration for Gitanjali Tikekar and Sikandar Kharbanda as recently they became proud parents of a baby boy. We talk to the father about his new bundle of joy.

“It’s a very special feeling which cannot be described in words” says Sikandar.

Gitanjali delivered a baby boy on December 1st. “She is doing fine and the baby is also in good health. We all are very happy with the new member in our lives,” he adds.

Sharing his experience, the papa states, “I was in the OT with Gitanjali and was scared and nervous at the same time. I was scared for Gitanjali and was praying that everything should be fine. Nervous because I have never ever in my life entered the operation theatre.”

“As soon as we heard our baby crying, there were tears in our eyes too. It’s a wonderful experience,” he quips.

On asked about the name of the baby Sikandar says, “We are yet to finalize on the name. I have two-three names, will now talk to my family and then decide”.

We wish the duo luck and happy life with their new bundle of joy…
