Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Teju spots Neil in a doctor's coat and stethoscope, almost exposing his lie

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode begins with Neil unexpectedly crossing paths with Teju's family. As they engage in conversation, Teju points out how surprising it is that they keep meeting by chance. Neil offers chocolates to both Vedant and Teju. Mohit, curious about Neil's presence, questions him about why he is there. Remembering that he had previously introduced himself as a driver to Teju's family, Neil decides to continue the lie. He explains to Mohit that he came to drop off his doctor boss, who is in town for a week-long medical camp. Hearing this, Mohit and Mukta mention that they, too, will be staying for a week.

Later, at the hotel, Neil and Teju have another encounter when he accidentally bumps into her while carrying his luggage. Apologising immediately, Neil tries to gather his things when Teju notices a stethoscope falling from his bag. Curious, she asks him about it. Neil quickly responds, saying that the bag isn't his—it belongs to his boss. Teju playfully teases him, suggesting that he tends to become clumsy whenever he feels shy.

Meanwhile, Teju's family decides to visit the medical camp. While exploring, Teju notices Neil dressed in a doctor's coat, seemingly attending to patients. Seeing this, Mohit and Mukta decide to approach him. Teju, however, questions why they need to do so. Mukta and Mohit remind her of how Neil had helped her earlier by bringing her home. Just then, Vedant calls out to Neil. Realising that Teju's family has spotted him, Neil quickly removes his doctor's coat and walks toward them.

Teju confronts Neil about treating patients, demanding to know if he is actually a doctor. Neil insists that he is merely assisting his boss. Despite her suspicions, Mohit and Mukta commend Neil for his dedication while Teju continues to make sarcastic remarks.

Mohit and Mukta then express an interest in sightseeing, mentioning that they have already visited the nearby temple. In response, Neil suggests a monastery known for its belief that wishes made there come true.

Neil takes Teju's family to the monastery and encourages them to make wishes. Mohit wishes for their family to accept Aditi, while Teju dreams of becoming a successful singer and also hopes for Rituraj. At Mohit's insistence, Neil also makes a silent wish—secretly hoping that one day, Teju will become his wife.

Panicked, she immediately tries calling Rituraj, but he dismisses her, stating that he is about to perform at his concert and abruptly disconnects the call.

Rushing to the hospital, Teju arrives to find Mohit making an unexpected and shocking request—he asks Neil to marry Teju, saying that it is his final wish. Teju stands there in disbelief, unable to process what is happening.
