Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Teju gets close to Neil but with a huge motive

Star Plus's 'Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin' is currently showcasing intricate marital dynamics involving Juhi, Neil, Teju, and Rituraj. Although Neil is deeply in love with Teju, she holds feelings for Rituraj. Despite this, fate has brought Neil and Teju together in the relationship of marriage. In the present storyline, Neil and Teju’s marriage rituals are being performed while Teju is fighting with her emotions.

In the upcoming scene, Neil and Teju are now married and have returned home after the wedding. The post-marriage rituals are in full swing, and during one of these ceremonies, haldi is being washed off with water. As the water is poured on her, Teju becomes frightened and grips Neil’s hand tightly. Rituraj observes this interaction closely. 

While the family members believe everything is going smoothly, a moment arises when Teju and Neil decide to head to their room. Teju notices Rituraj watching them and, in an effort to provoke jealousy, she starts to display her affection for Neil. Neil enjoys this newfound display of love from Teju, unaware of her true motives.

The story continues with a heartwarming post-wedding ritual, a traditional Marathi custom where Neil and Teju will be seen feeding sweets to each other. This sweet gesture, especially the bride taking a sweet directly from the groom's mouth, adds a playful and intimate touch to the celebration, marking a rare instance of growing closeness between the newlyweds. 

As the Haldi Uttaran ritual begins, both Neil and Teju are dressed in coordinated yellow outfits, adding to the vibrancy of the occasion. Seated in a beautifully decorated setting, the ceremony is led by Amruta. One by one, family members apply haldi on Neil and Teju's faces. While Neil appears cheerful and content, Teju remains visibly angry and withdrawn. 

The ritual then progresses, with the couple being asked to stand up. Neil is encouraged to hold Teju's hand, but he hesitates at first.  His cousin playfully teases him, prompting him to reach out. Teju looks at him with evident anger, while Rituraj watches the scene unfold, his jealousy burning at the sight of Neil so close to Teju.
