Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Teju compares Neil’s behavior to Rituraj’s refusal to meet her

In Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Teju, while visiting Konkan with her family, unexpectedly crosses paths with Neil, who is attending a medical camp. Meanwhile, Rituraj remains occupied with his US event preparations.

The story takes a tragic turn when Teju's father, Mohit, suffers a fatal heart attack. Neil steps in to help, revealing his identity as a doctor, leaving Teju's family shocked and grateful. However, Mohit's death unravels a hidden truth—his second marriage. Teju's mother, believing Nagpur to be his parental home, unknowingly contacts his first wife, leading to a devastating revelation for both women. Mohit's father and younger brother arrive for the last rites and are stunned to learn about their grandson. A debate ensues over the ritual's location, but they proceed at Mohit's residence. Afterwards, his legal wife in Nagpur receives his belongings, while their grandfather, realising Teju's family has nowhere to go, insists they move to Nagpur for stability.

In the upcoming episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Neil, concerned about Mohit's health, calls Teju to check if the test he had suggested was done. Teju, overwhelmed with emotion, breaks down and reveals that Mohit has passed away. Shocked by the news, Neil reassures her, offering comfort and encouraging words. He then inquires about Mukta and Vedant, before informing Teju of his decision to visit her. Teju questions if he will travel such a long distance, to which Neil agrees.

After speaking with Teju, Neil calls Vedant, urging him to stay strong and be there for his family until he arrives. Meanwhile, Teju, lost in thought, compares Neil and Rituraj. She reflects on how the man she longed for refused to come, while someone she never expected, like Neil, is already on his way without being asked.

Ahead in the storyline, Mohit's father, brother, and brother's wife arrive at Teju's place and decide to take her family to Nagpur, as they have nothing left. Meanwhile, Neil is already on his way to Nagpur, but Teju suddenly realises she forgot to inform him about the situation. As she decides to inform him, Teju realises that she has left her phone back home. When she informs her family, they refuses to turn back, leaving her concerned about how Neil will find out.

In the meantime, Neil is traveling to Teju's place, and their cars pass each other unknowingly in opposite directions. Upon reaching Teju's home, Neil is shocked to find it locked. After asking the neighbors, he learns about the situation, though they have no idea where Teju and her family have gone. The neighbors assure Neil that they will come back to collect their belongings soon. The question remains: Will Neil ever be able to reunite with Teju?
