Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Surekha's concerns rise regarding Ishaan's proximity to Isha

In tonight's episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Ishaan (Shakti Arora) discovers the truth from Swati that she blackmailed Reeva to go to London, believing it would benefit Reeva's career without him. Swati scolds Ishaan for causing Reeva suffering and cuts the call, leaving Ishaan shocked.

Vinu surprises Savi (Shakti Arora) with a tent house reminiscent of their childhood, expressing gratitude to Sai for realizing his responsibilities. Vinu and Savi decide to fulfil their parents' dreams—Savi aims to become an IAS officer like their father, and Vinu aspires to be a doctor like their mother. Surekha, finding Ishaan gone, worries about his whereabouts. Ishaan dreams of Reeva advising him to accept the truth and move forward for personal growth.

Concerned about Ishaan's proximity to Isha, Surekha discusses it with Yashwant. She decides to talk to Ishaan about his feelings for Isha and heads to the college. Shantanu informs Ishaan about an imminent interview, urging him to attend. 

Ishaan converses with an acquaintance who congratulates him on his parents receiving recognition at a prestigious conference. During their discussion, Ishaan discovers that London University is initiating a scholarship program for their institution, benefiting nearly 100 students. The acquaintance expresses anticipation of Ishaan's participation in an upcoming interview, to which Ishaan willingly agrees. Subsequently, Surekha contacts Ishaan, suggesting they have lunch together at the college, and he accepts the invitation.

In the interview, the anchor announces that Savi wishes to share something important. Both Shantanu and Ishaan witness Savi on television, extending her congratulations for their imminent felicitation at the London Scholar Meeting. Recognizing Ishaan's presence, the anchor invites him as an additional guest. Ishaan actively participates in the interview. Upon reaching the college, Surekha discovers that Ishaan has attended the interview and witnesses the event on television.
