Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Shantanu's surprise at the birthday bash as Isha and Savi watch from afar

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode begins with Ishaan (Shakti Arora) celebrating his birthday by guessing messages on the screen. During this, he recalls fond memories of his childhood and his father's promise to always be there on his birthday. Ishaan starts to feel a sense of longing for his father. Isha expresses her belief to Savi (Bhavika Sharma) that Shantanu should have been present.

Shantanu's surprise entrance:

Surprisingly, Shantanu arrives, and Ishaan is pleasantly shocked. Shantanu explains that he believes that missing a birthday means he's not alive. Father and son share an emotional hug. Ishaan requests Shantanu not to stay away for such extended periods, and the family expresses how much they've missed him.

Later, Shantanu approaches Isha, noticing something on her hand. Isha deflects the question, and Shantanu encourages her to go inside and bless Ishaan. Isha initially declines but eventually agrees. Inside, the cake-cutting ceremony is happening when Shantanu reveals a message from Isha. Ishaan is shocked to see Isha arrive with the cake, and the episode ends on this surprising note.
