Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Savi contemplates testifying to keep Sai away from Rajat’s home

In tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode, Milind accuses Aman of leaking a personal video involving both himself and Mrunmayee. Aman protests, questioning why he would do such a thing. Milind claims Aman deceived Mrunmayee with false promises of marriage and exploited her trust. Aman, however, denies having distributed the video.

Savi (Bhavika Sharma) steps in, questioning who could be behind it. Lucky recalls an incident where his phone was stolen, his proposal video was edited, and it was then circulated among dubious friends in an attempt to create discord between Mrunmayee and Aman. Milind tries to attack Aman again, but Rajat (Hitesh Bhardwaj) intervenes to protect him. Milind challenges Rajat, declaring that no amount of money can shield Aman from facing consequences. He then forcibly takes Mrunmayee away.

Savi confronts Rajat:

Later, Savi confronts Rajat, questioning his support for someone who has tarnished his girlfriend's honour and wondering if he would defend someone who might also harm his sisters and daughter. Savi expresses regret for refusing Ashika's plea for help. She reveals that Ashika had asked her to testify on her behalf in the custody hearing for Sai, but Savi had initially declined. Now, she considers giving her testimony to ensure Sai remains far from Rajat's home.

The following day, the custody hearing begins. Mr Wadia accuses Ashika of abandoning her six-month-old daughter, Sai, to elope with Arsh, Rajat's boss, and requests that custody be granted to Rajat. Ashika's lawyer counters, stating that Ashika endured severe mistreatment from her in-laws, which led her to leave.

Sai chooses Savi over her parents:

The lawyer argues that Ashika has since become financially independent and is better suited to care for Sai, unlike Rajat, who is too occupied with his business. The judge decides that since neither side has sufficiently proven their claim, she will question Sai privately. Ashika advises Sai to tell the judge that she wants to stay with her and that they'll go to Disneyland together.

In the judge's chamber, Sai is asked her name, her comfort level, and her preferred guardian. Sai expresses her desire to stay with her "pari aunty." Savi steps forward and delivers a heartfelt testimony, explaining her deep emotional bond with Sai, how they connect despite not being blood relatives, her commitment to Sai's well-being, and how she has fought for Sai's happiness. She emphasises that the case is not just about custody but about ensuring Sai's happiness and security. Moved by Savi's testimony, the judge postpones the decision to the following week, indicating that Savi's statement will be considered in the final ruling. Sai runs to Savi, who showers her with affection as everyone watches quietly.
