In Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Teju's once-stable life turned turbulent after her father's death. Though initially met with hostility at the Chavan house, she gradually found acceptance—until Juhi fled her wedding, leading Teju to marry Neil and enter the Pradhan household. Now, instead of peace, she faces fresh challenges from Leena and Rituraj, who make her new journey even more difficult.

In the ongoing track of the show, Neil is emotionally wrecked after accidentally overhearing a private conversation between Teju and Rituraj. During the exchange, Teju confesses that she once harboured feelings for Rituraj and had even dreamt of marrying him, but he turned her down. This confession deeply wounds Neil, leaving him heartbroken.

Meanwhile, Juhi, who has returned home, opens up to Aditi and shares the actual reason behind her sudden decision to call off the wedding. The truth eventually surfaces during the Gondhal ceremony, catching Teju completely off guard and leaving her shattered.

The situation becomes more intense during the traditional dance performance of the newlyweds. In the middle of the celebration, Neil injures his leg and steps aside, prompting Rituraj to jump in. However, Teju refuses to continue dancing with him, walking away and adding more tension to the scene.

The festive mood is soon disrupted by the arrival of the police, summoned by Leena. She accuses the Chavan family—especially Juhi—of deceiving the Pradhans and tarnishing their reputation. In a dramatic moment, Teju steps forward and publicly admits that Neil had proposed to her, and after she rejected him, he confessed everything to Juhi, which drove her to abandon the wedding.

Despite Teju's revelation, Neil takes full responsibility for everything. But the damage is done. Mukta, overwhelmed with anger, slaps Teju for her actions, reminding her of the efforts made to protect and support her. Leena also makes a firm decision—declaring she no longer wants to see Teju's face and asks her to leave the house.

Meanwhile, Neil is being playfully teased by his cousins as they escort him toward the room. His sister-in-law reminds him to hurry, saying it's not right to keep his wife waiting on such a special night. His brother adds a cheeky comment, calling it his "lucky night," and his sisters nudge him along, insisting he shouldn't make his bride wait any longer. He hands over the box, which Teju accepts without much reaction, clearly uninterested in extending the conversation.

Rituraj then asks her if she won't open it, prompting her to do so. As she unwraps the present, both she and Neil are taken aback by what's inside. The shock is evident on their faces, while Rituraj stands back with a knowing, sly smile, leaving the atmosphere tense and filled with unspoken emotions.
