Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Isha stumbles upon Ishaan's birthday party

Tonight's episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin begins with Surekha cruelly taunting Isha about her career, lamenting that Isha's success came at the cost of her personal life. She compares their family situations, insinuating that Isha's son is now her only family. This profoundly hurts Isha, who counters by claiming she didn't leave her family willingly; circumstances forced her to. She also points out that Surekha's life has its share of hardships, as her son left her.

Ishaan's birthday surprise: 

Later that night, Ishaan (Shakti Arora) is taken aback when he finds his house unusually dark and calls for Anvi. However, he's in for a heartwarming surprise as his family and friends gather to celebrate his birthday with a joyous rendition of "Happy Birthday." They urge him to cut the cake, which marks a special moment for him. Meanwhile, Isha is at a hotel, writing a heartfelt letter to Ishaan. She expresses her love and blessings for him, explaining that she can't physically wish him even though they're in the same city. She reveals to Savi (Bhavika Sharma) that she writes a letter like this every year but never sends it.

Parallel celebrations: 

Ishaan's birthday celebration continues at his house; meanwhile, Savi brings a beautiful cake for Isha. She tells Isha that a mother is reborn on the day her child is born. Ishaan receives a phone call that repeatedly interrupts his special moment, leaving him visibly upset. At the same time, Isha celebrates Ishaan's birthday at the hotel with Savi. Reva, who has been missing Ishaan, musters the courage to wish him a happy birthday through a photo of him. She expresses how important he is to her and how much she misses him.

Isha's prayers to Bappa: 

The next day, Isha prays to Lord Bappa, asking for forgiveness and protection for Ishaan. She yearns for the distance between them to vanish. Savi presents Ishaan with a thoughtful card at college and gives him a prasad from Bappa. Despite Ishaan's initial reluctance, he accepts the prasad, leaving Savi hopeful for future interactions. Savi learns about Ishaan's birthday celebration happening at their hotel and sees it as an opportunity. She decides to bring Isha to the party. Although Isha initially disagrees, Savi persuades her to go for a walk. As the episode unfolds, Ishaan, blindfolded, is surprised by a birthday party. The highlight is a game where he must guess the sender of messages displayed on a screen. Unbeknownst to Isha and Ishaan, they find themselves at the same party and lock their eyes in astonishment.

Precap:

In the precap for the next episode, Isha arrives at Ishaan's birthday party with a cake, but Ishaan angrily throws it away. He confronts Isha, questioning why she came, and declares that the day she left him, she became dead to him. He warns Isha not to come to see his dead body after he dies, leaving Isha in tears.
