In fact, it seems the idea of sequels was always on Salamn's cards, and the actor was only awaiting the response to the opening of his co-production. As per status quo, the scripts have been written and the screenplay for the first sequel is in motion. 

What about the cast? The current plans are to retain the original cast. But since children tend to grow quickly, the production is definitely keeping scope for changes, once the screenplay is written and finalized.

The sequel of the film is expected to concentrate on the gang taking Fatka and the rest of the slum kids to school. The second sequel of the film will further focus on the fame of the gang before the nation - by being selected as the think tank for Olympic Squad.
