Gautam Gulati heads to San Francisco!

The actor's short film will now be showcased at San Francisco after being screened at Cannes..

Apart from being loved as a host on MTV's The Big F, Gautam Gulati is also being praised for his other ventures. The short film, 'Darpok' which stars Gautam has been applauded at several film festivals which includes the prestigious Canned film festival.

After doing rounds at various festivals, the actor's film will now be showcased at the World Film Festival at San Francisco in July. An elated Gautam confirmed the same telling, "I received a letter from organisers, telling us they'd heard great things about our film and invited us to screen it at their fest. Taking this film to San Francisco will help us reach out to more people."

The actor made his debut on the small screen with a role of teenage Duryodhan on Ekta Kapoor's 'Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki' but was noticed for his role on 'Diya Aur Baati Hum'. He became a sensation with his stint in the controversial reality show, 'Bigg Boss 8' where he went on to become the winner.

The actor also recently completed shooting for his role as Ravi Shastri, the cricketer in the upcoming biopic film, 'Azhar' starring Emraan Hashmi.
