Gaurav Sharma in Chandragupta Maurya!

Sagar Arts and 72 degrees northe production's Chandragupta Maurya is heading towards a huge battle between Chandragupta (Ashish Sharma) and Dhananand (Sooraj Thapar). And to join in, Akshay, Chandragupta's childhood friend would step into the scenario.

A little birdie informs, "Gaurav Sharma of Jamunia fame, who was also seen in Colors' Phulwa would essay the role of Akshay, a childhood friend of Chandragupta Maurya. His character would be introduced on the 7th of April."

We contacted Gaurav Sharma who was still in double minds and he states, "I don't know. Nothing has been finalized. Talks are on but I haven't started shooting for the show."
Akshay would have a grey shade and would sometimes help and harm Chandragupta Maurya.

With this Dhananand moves towards his defeat!
