Vicky Kaushal has now become a big name in Bollywood with a huge fan base. The emerging star who no one knew of is now everyone's choice.  The actor has impressed the audience with his on-screen performances and his films were heavily appreciated by the critics as well as the audience.

1. Masaan (2015)

The Neeraj Ghaywan directed film Masaan witnessed the first on-screen appearance of Vicky Kaushal. The film has two beautiful separate stories which converge eventually. No film could've been better than this for the actor's debut. A simple and realistic story based in the small town of India.

Vicky impressed the critics and the audience with his terrific performance in the film.

2. Raman Raghav 2.0 (2016)

Vicky Kaushal played a drug addict cop in Anurag Kashyap directed Raman Raghav 2.0 which also featured Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Raghavan is till the date best performance of Vicky Kaushal as he worked really hard to get into this dark character.

For five days the actor locked himself in a room with no phone, wifi or Tv to get into the shoes of Raghavan.

3. Raazi (2018)

Though not a more screen presence but the actor properly took up the role of Iqbal Syed, a Pakistani army officer. Alongside Alia Bhatt, Vicky managed to grab everyone's attention with his on-screen innocence.

4. Sanju (2018)

The 2018 biopic Sanju helped Vicky Kaushal to make a special place in the hearts of the mass audience.  The actor left everyone stunned, with his performance as Sanju's best friend Kamlesh. Vicky's work in the movie was widely appreciated by his fans and friends.

5. URI: The Surgical Strike (2019)

Vicky Kaushal's recent one was URI which became a massive hit at the box office as it impressed the critics as well as the audience. Playing Major Vihan Shergill cost the actor a lot of time and hard work which resulted in a perfect portrayal.

Meanwhile, the actor will be next seen in the film titled  Sardar Udham Singh which is a biographical film directed by Shoojit Sircar.
